- 4 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of soft butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of chopped walnuts, optional
The first thing you are going to do when you begin baking these great cookies is to start by turning your oven on and set it to 350 degrees. Then you are going to sift together the flour and baking soda, set it to the side for now. Now you will want to take out a large mixing bowl and mix together the soft butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in your pudding mix and make sure you blend it in well.
