The Healthy and Tasty Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili Recipe
If you want to cook something healthy and tasty, you might try this slow cooker white chicken chili recipe. The ingredients are skinless and boneless.
- chicken as much as 1 ½ to 2 pounds. You can use the breast part, thigh part or combine them.

After the chicken and vegetables are nestled you can continue to pour the chicken stock over it. If you think that they have blended very well, you can place the slow cooker’s lid and let it start to cook on the low heat.
To make the chicken and vegetables cooked well and tender, the spices are also absorbed into the chicken, you must cook it for 4 hours if you use high heat or 6 hours in low heat. If you cook more than 6 hours the chicken is still fine, but it maybe will fall apart when you shred it after cooking.
Therefore, to make it stay in pieces, you might cook it under 6 hours. However, it depends on your taste, which one you like more; eat the chicken in pieces or shreds. Even though, the chicken is still tasty.
The cooking process is not yet done. You should add beans and corn to the cooker at 30 minutes before the cooking end. You also might taste it, if it is needed, you can add more seasoning like salt. Then, put the lid back to continue the cooking process until the chicken is cooked. When the cooking time is finish, you can turn off the stove and prepare to serve it.
Before to serve it, you should stir it to make sure that all components are mixed and remove the bay leaf. Put the chicken in the bowl and serve it with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro and lime. This dish can be served for 6 to 8 people.
