Special Recipe for Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
There are two ways to cook chicken wings. You can bake it at oven or use deep fried. Chicken wings are small and tender with less meat on them. You separate these parts from chicken body. This recipe is called lemon pepper chicken wings but if you have trouble to get ones, all part of chicken can be replacement.
Firstly, we will bake chicken as main cooking process. The ingredients are chicken wings, lemon pepper, oil, and butter. Clean the chicken with water. Frozen ones is better because they are smoother. Melt butter in pan. If you don’t have butter, olive oil or margarine are good options.

How to make it :
- Oven should be heated at 400 F. After you make chicken clean, put them on baking dish. Put melted butter or oil into wings. Mix them until every part of butter on chickens. Beside pour these butter or oil directly to chicken, you can take wings one by one and dip them. This process depends on how much flavor do you want. After they mix perfectly, wait for five minutes.
- Next step is put lemon pepper on the top of chickens. It is similar with butter. If you like tasteful lemon pepper, more ones are fine. However, right proportion will get better flavor.
- Bake chickens on oven about 30 minutes. Every 15 minutes, you can turn upside down on chickens to bake equally. When the skin is brown, this dish is done. Chicken is better in crispy form. After 30 minutes, add a little oil on chicken and bake again for 5 minutes. This process make skin is crispy but the meat is juicy.
- Wait until all the oil remains on baking tray. You can prepare rice, cheese, noodles, or spaghetti as combination. Eat this chicken whilst on a slightly hot.
Deep fried cooking in lemon pepper chicken wings is similar with baked one. The ingredients are same except you need salt and flour. After butter is mixed with chickens, put each of parts on salty flour. It will create crispy appearance. Pour lemon pepper on them. Heat the oil. Tips for check oil temperature are using flour. When oil is in right temperature, flour will float. Deep fries chickens in eight to ten minutes.
Take out chickens when they are light brown. If you want more crispy, change oil then fry again in one minute. Let’s oil run down before they are served.
