This juice recipe focus in providing nutrition for brain cells that helps in preventing memory loss and brain aging effect.
1. 1 PC Tomato
2. 10 gram Pine Nuts
3. 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
4. 150 ml cool water
1. Wash tomato thoroughly. Remove stem from tomato, cut into 6 pieces and further cut into cubes.
2. Mix pine nuts, tomato cubes, and water into the juicer and make the juice.
3. Add in 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and mix well before serve.
It is advice to drink the juice fresh as the omega 3 in pine nut will make the juice taste different if you keep it for a while.
