Then, a half cup of pineapple juice, one and a half cup of pineapple in the form of dices. You will also need one ripe and fresh banana. And obviously, you will need a cup of kale that is already packed and chopped.
How to make it :
To start making this, put all the ingredients into the blender including the kale, banana, pineapple juice and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Then turn on the blender and let them blend well. Make sure the mixture is smooth. Now the smoothie is ready to serve.

All the ingredients you need to prepare are a quarter cup of filtered water or non-diary milk, a half cup of ginger that has been minced finely.
