My favorite homemade salad dressing is my Creamy Avocado dressing. This simple avocado salad dressing recipe has only four ingredients, all from fresh produce and herbs. You won’t believe how quick and delicious it is!

How to make my Creamy Avocado dressing:
For my Creamy Avocado dressing, you’ll need:
- 1 large soft tomato, cut into large chunks
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (can substitute with juice of 1/4 orange)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large fistful of fresh basil leaves (can substitute with fresh dill to taste)
Place all ingredients into a good blender and blend on a medium setting until completely creamy and smooth.
Ready to be served immediately. This recipe will keep for 1-2 days if kept cold.
