Now add a package of frozen mixed vegetables to the mixture in the skillet. I prefer peas and carrots. Stir the frozen vegetables into the hot mixture allowing it to heat up. Cook until vegetables are done the way you like them. If the sauce thickens too much you can add more of the liquid you used to make it, or you can just add a little water. If the mixture is too thin, soupy, then turn the heat up and boil out some of the liquids, while constantly stirring. You don’t want to start out your healthy recipes for dinner with a soupy dinner.
Then pour the noodles into a serving bowl. Pour the flour mixture over the top of the noodles. You have just created one of your own recipes. Now that wasn’t that hard, was it?
