Guacamole recipes: Try my Fresh Guacamole & Salsa Salad!
Really tasty guacamole recipes are a perfect combination with healthy salad recipes. My delicious salad uses my own homemade guacamole and homemade salsa over a bed of crispy mesclun greens. YUM!
Every home cook should have an easy guacamole recipe up their sleeve. This is such a cinch to make and is WAY tastier than the prepackaged kind you buy at grocery stores, all of which are loaded with salt and preservatives.
I LOVE to create healthy recipes from scratch in my home kitchen using fresh, delicious, unprocessed ingredients.

Healthy Salad Recipe Ingredients:
1 serving of fresh guacamole
1 serving of fresh salsa
1 large bed of mesclun greens

1) Layer a medium-sized bowl with mesclun greens. Place a large serving of salsa onto it:
2) Add a large serving of my easy guacamole:
It’s ready to eat!
Creamy avocado. Plump juicy tomato. Sudden surprise of onion and lime juice on your tongue. A fiery bite of jalapeno. Enjoy.
TIP: This is an excellent easy lunch to take to work.
Make your easy guacamole recipe and fresh salsa ahead of time. Pack the mesclun greens, guacamole and salsa separately, and when you’re ready for lunch, throw them together in a bowl. Super healthy, super simple!
