Guacamole is easily one of my favourite foods but for one reason or another, people always shy away from creating a guacamole smoothie. Perhaps this is because it doesn’t sound appetising, perhaps it isn’t – but whatever the reason you should put it behind you and try this delicious guacamole green smoothie!
This guacamole green smoothie is very filling and so can be used as a replacement to one of your daily meals. Here is the recipe.
Guacamole Green Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Juice of half a lime
- A dash of Celtic sea salt
- A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup spinach, kale, or other leafy green
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to spice it up
Throw all the ingredients into your blender and mix until you have a smooth paste. Pour and enjoy!
