How To Create A Frozen Banana Smoothie
- One frozen banana cut into at least four chunks.
- One cup of milk
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla
- A dash of nutmeg
- Place the frozen banana and milk into the blender
- Blend them together
- Next add the vanilla and nutmeg
- Blend them together again
If you would like to boost your smoothie in its nutritional value, then consider adding some of the following ingredients.
- Half a tablespoon of coconut oil
- A few hemp or chia seeds
Embellish Your Smoothie:
To make your smoothie look that bit better, try adding some whipped cream onto of it and then grating some fine chocolate powder onto the whipped cream. This will really take your smoothie to the next level, and makes it that bit more refreshing on a hot day.
