Easy vegan recipe: How to make Blueberry Cashew Faux Yogurt:
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 cup RAW cashews (not roasted!)
- Almost 2/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp raw organic honey
Blender or food processor
Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until very smooth. You will probably have to stop and scrape the mixture from the sides of the blender/food processor a few times.
Total preparation time:
This easy vegan recipe will keep in your refrigerator for several days.
TIPS for eating Blueberry Cashew Faux Yogurt:
- Take it to work with you for a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack!
- This easy vegan recipe is also a tasty dip for apple slices!
- Try adding some sliced banana or shredded unsweetened coconut!
