- Macadamia nuts: 100g
- Fresh breadcrumbs: 60g or 1 cup
- Plain flour: 75g or ½ cup
- Egg: 2 pcs
- Chicken breast minute steaks: 4
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
How To Make it :
In the bowl of a food processor place macadamia nuts and crush by using pulse button. Transfer to bowl and add breadcrumbs. Use salt and pepper to season.
On a plate, place flour and in a bowl, whisk eggs lightly. Dip the chicken to a plate of flour and shake off for any excess. Next, dip in egg and dip to macadamia mixture. To coat, press firmly.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat to cook each sides of chicken for 3 minutes so all sides turn to golden and the chicken is cooked through. With veggies, complete your servings.
