How to make salsa: Corn Salsa Recipe:
You will need:
Corn on the cob, 2 ears (using a serrated knife, shave the corn away from the cob)
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp red onion or scallion, finely chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 chopping knife
1 cutting board
Prepare all ingredients according to instructions and place in a bowl. Squeeze juice of 1 lime over the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Ready to eat! Will keep for several days in your refrigerator.
