2 pcs Green Asparagus
100 ml Cold Water
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Honey (Manuka is the best choice)
1. Wash the avocado, remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
2. Wash the asparagus, remove the hard bottom stem parks and cut into small pieces.
3. Put avocado and asparagus into the juicer and pour in the cold water, juice it.
