So you’re eating healthy meals all through the day but wondering what you could eat as a snack between meals. Can’t we just eat vegetables though right? Well, there are also plenty of fruits! Apples, blueberries, cantaloupes, cranberries, grapefruits, honeydew melons, lemon, mango, limes, oranges, peaches, pineapples, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines, and watermelons are all 0 calories or below. Once again these make perfect healthy snacks for weight loss!
