Aspen Specialty Foods & Catering has had several years experience in catering successful weddings. The owners work directly with the bride and groom to make their wedding day from start to finish enjoyable, memorable and an affordable experience.

Upon your first conversation with us, we listen to your menu ideas and help create a menu, which will work with your ideas and budget. We then put together an estimate so you can see the exact breakdown in cost. If the estimate looks good, we then schedule a tasting at our shop where you can meet with us one on one and taste your selected menu items. This is also a good time for us to answer any questions or make any suggestions on vendors. We can also cost out the price of /and make arrangements for rentals, linens, and bartenders. No detail is missed!!!

Finally, a month out from your wedding we will meet with you at the event facility and go through at complete walkthrough. Everything is taken care of…so the day of your wedding is worry free!

Buffet includes our grilled Honey Dijon Salmon, Rosemary Garlic Tenderloin, and Brandy Smoked Grilled Chicken sliced and served on beautifully garnished platters with Roasted Vegetables. Served with choice of Greek Salad or Mixed Green Salad, assorted Cheese Display and Petite Dinner Rolls. Specialty spreads include a tangy Three Mustard, sweet Apricot Dijon, and zesty Horseradish Cream.
