Mary Hellman-Wert & Craig Wert, owners of Aspen Specailty Foods & Catering llc, have over 25 years of combined experience in the food business industry.

Executive Chef Craig Wert has received personal traiing under  a top professor from the Culinary Institute of America.  He has also won numerous awards which include "Best of Westword" and "Cherry Creek Arts Festival for Culinary Arts".

Mary Hellman-Wert has had extensive experience in event planning for coporate events as well as private functions, which include weddings, rehearsal dinners, and holiday events.

Together Mary & Craig have combined their talents, skills and passions to creat a unique catering company, which not only provides delicious, freshly made foods, but also emphasizes outstanding customer service.  Recently they were awarded the Conifer Rotary's prestigious 'Business and Ethics Award', for outstanding business practices in their community.
